International Shipping

We ship our watches by FedEx Priority International Priority. Tracking number will be provided once the package is dispatched. All packages are shipped in a well-secured box.

Shipment Schedule:
All orders are ship within 24 hours upon receipt of certified funds. For orders that fall on non-working days, the items will be dispatch on the next working day. Shipment costs vary according to destination and cost of purchase. Please contact us for shipping prices.

It normally takes about four (4) to eight (8) days depending on the mode of shipping and destination. However, we sometime faced unusual situation where it may delay delivery. We will try our best to monitor the situation and keep you informed if this situation occurs.

Insurance and Handling Charges:
A nominal rate for insurance and handling depending on the value of items will be charged to the buyer. This is optional and is at buyer's own risk. Any insured item that is lost will be refunded after investigation has been completed by the insurance company.

Taxes, VAT, GST, Duties & related charges:
Prices quoted & billed by Collectors Time Gallery Sdn. Bhd. do not include any taxes, duties, VAT or such charges. Collectors Time will charge you for the actual watch & shipping charges only. All other charges (such as taxes, duties & VA.T.) are the sole responsibility of the customer to be paid when the watch clears customs in your country. Usually these fees are demanded prior to delivery & are collected by the courier or your local customs authority.

Important Note:
We do not ship watches to Indonesia, Israel, India and Russia.
